A little color can bring people together.

A short while ago I got the chance to be part of Heidi Easley's interview series all about the healing power of art. As part of this interview I posted a free coloring page for download on my blog. (check it out here if you missed that post) I had some great feedback on the interview as well as the post and the coloring page but the extra awesome thing that happened was that Monica from The Creative Beast contacted me about using my coloring page in the "Coloring for Adults' workshop that she hosts at her local library and sent me some pictures to share with you!

I love how each student looked at this page in a different way and brought their own personality to it!

Click the image below to see these pages a bit bigger and see who the artist is!

You can download the coloring page and try it out yourself HERE.

"Monica, aka The Creative Beast, has been active in various forms of creativity since the age of six. It is her mission in life to help adults reconnect to their innate creativity so they can experience the joy of creating in their daily lives."

The "Coloring for Adults' workshop is held at the Encino-Tarzana Branch of the Los Angeles Public Library system, located at 18231 Ventura Blvd. Encino, CA 91356 and it takes place on the first Monday of each month from 6p, to 7pm. - Special thanks to Monica, Barbara, Jon (Jonathan), Mindy and Mary for sharing their wonderful work!
