Sketchbook practice is back for another round of fun!
Starting in March I will be launching a new series of sketchbook practice exercises! If you missed the first 10 sketchbook practice exercises I ran on my blog in 2017 you are in luck! I have collected them all into a little $5 mini class! Even if you did a few of these or even did them all earlier in 2017 grab the mini class and run through them again to get a new perspective plus there is a brand new bonus exercise thrown in just to add a little mystery and fun!
One of my goals this year is to spend more time in my personal sketch book. I typically have a few different sketchbooks going at once on different topics but there is one in particular that is just a free for all book. The one I sketch in while I watch TV or just want to play with random new supplies that I'm testing out or mixing in a weird way.
The best part about this book is that it's truly just play, sometimes it looks like "art" or "illustration" but it's also just color, pattern play or random marks for no other purpose other than to put pen to paper.
Check out a few of my personal sketchbook pages below and follow along with a brand new 2018 sketchbook exercise starting in March!
